Payment Policy and Plans
After you discuss with our operation team all the details related to your planned trip, now we are ready to proceed taking the next step. Because the logistics in Egypt are totally different than any other country, we need lots of prearrangements to be sure that you will enjoy your trip.
We ask you a down payment of 30 % to secure your spaces on your trip including hotel rooms, cruise cabin, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services, and 50% during the peak like the Christmas, New Year, and Easter Holidays. The remaining balance must be paid up to 21 days prior to your arrival date for the normal dates and for the trips during Christmas, New Year and Easter, the balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival dates.
1- We require a 30% deposit on all bookings.
2- We require a 50% deposit for the Christmas, New Year periods, and Easter.
3- Deposits can be made by wire transfer or sent via Western Union or Paypal or by credit card.
Amendments by the Client:
Any changes or cancellation made to the original booking are subject to availability. There is flexibility to add, replace or remove any part of the itinerary after discussion with our operation team. Our team will inform you with the best alternatives, based on the logistics, to make your trip enjoyable.
Domestic flights:
Quote programs average flight price with approximate timing. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes in the total package price.
Cancellation Policy:
As we feel sorry to receive any cancellation notification from your side, but we will be honored to serve you anytime in the near future. The name on the booking voucher is the one responsible for cancellation, refund and any kind of compensation.
You must give us notice to cancel the tour in writing or mail sent to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction cancellation charges as below.
In order to cover our expected loss from the booking cancellation, there is set scale of charges should be taken in consideration.

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date | 15% of the entire tour price will be charged. |
Between 60 and 30 days prior your arrival date | 25% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fees. |
Between 29 and 15 days prior your arrival date | 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fees. |
Between 14 and 7 days prior your arrival date | 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fees. |
Between 6 and 1 days prior your arrival date | 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fees. |
Refunds:
Refunds are made back into the original account used for payment and using the exact same method as the payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
Changes Made by Our Agency Before or During Travel:
Our agency keeps the rights to do any further changes in your Tour Itinerary due to any unexpected conditions. These, out of our hands conditions, like closing a specific site for restoration (like what happened for the tomb of Queen Nefertari in the Valley of the Queens), or any similar condition. Our team will be in touch with you and keep informing you with these changes before you come to Egypt.
We will offer you an alternative tour of equivalent or closely similar standard and price at no extra cost, or a less expensive tour, in which case we will refund the difference in price.
Our Responsibility:
We act solely as an agent for participants in connection with travel, whether by rail, boat, aircraft or any other means of transport, and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity of a person or property resulting directly or indirectly for any of the following reasons which are mainly beyond our control: bad weather, acts of government, civil conflicts, wars, natural disaster, terrorist activity, labor strikes, mechanical failures, quarantine, delays or cancellations or changes made by any hotel or transportation company or restaurant. No liability is accepted for any additional expenses.
Points to note:
All prices include current entrance fees at the booking time as issued by the Egyptian Antiquities Service. If the fees are increased at any certain point, the same increase will be passed on to you at that time.
The same for the prices of all domestic flight tickets issued by Egypt Air or any other local agency which are subject to change by Egypt Air without prior notice.
No refunds, credit or alternative services for cancelled by you or missed services issued earlier if the change has been made while the client is in Egypt.
Accommodation Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, prices of accommodation are mainly based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels’ names are mentioned as an indication of quality of service and rooms may be reserved at any hotels of similar quality.
Tipping:
Tipping is a worldwide tradition used to expressing your satisfaction with the quality of service provided by our staff on duty. We advise you to tip as you are ready and we can help you with a Tipping Guidelines Chart after your booking is accomplished.
